Tuition Policies

Tuition is due on Monday of each week and must be paid for the week in advance. We understand that some families prefer to pay at the end of the week. We are willing to accommodate that request as long as you are paying at the end of the week, in advance, for the following week.

Payments made after 6:00pm on Tuesday will be considered late and a $25.00 late fee will be applied to your account. Tuition that is delinquent on Friday of the second week will result in immediate termination of enrollment.

Vacation Policy

After 3 months, your child is eligible for 1 full week and 2 half weeks of vacation per year.   A half-week tuition is applicable only when your child was in care for 2 days or less in one week. 3 or more days in care is considered full time and no discount will apply. Holidays and bad weather days are counted as days in attendance.

Additional Fees

A non-refundable enrollment fee of $79.00 per child is due at the time of enrollment.

A supply fee of $65 will be added to your account twice annually for ages 18 mos-5 years
